Message: My friend rented a car for a trip we were making together from here. We initially thought we were renting from the Hertz located at the Albuquerque airport, but once we found out that was not the case, we caught an Uber to this location. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger vehicle (Toyota Camry) than what was reserved and it carried us well for the duration of our trip around New Mexico and into Colorado, especially fuel-wise. It was very efficient! We only had to fill up once. I do not remember the name of the guy who assisted us both at the start and end of our rental, but he was super courteous and helpful - giving suggestions for things we could see and do while in the area. When we returned the rental, he gave us a ride to the airport which was very accommodating of him. This was a great Hertz location and experience!

Message: Renting a car is not usually on my list of things I find fun and enjoyable but my recent experience at this Hertz branch and with the manager Chelsea Finks were just those. Chelsea's professionalism, high quality customer service and great sense of humor were very much appreciated. I highly recommend renting from Hertz and especially at this location!

Message: Hertz website allows you to book a car at a location which has been closed for multiple years. It’s like a cruel joke to someone on foot. Once I got to the actual location l, the Associate was courteous and helpful. 5 stars for him, 3 for the company.
