Intercity Truck & Trailer Repair

Message: First time we used them rusty showed up in a timely manner, tried using them again called at 830am and was told " be there in about 3hrs, called back at 1pm and was told he was on his way, called back at 3pm to cancel because who wants to wait all day for a tow ?? I get that they might have been busy, I wish they would have told me at 830am that it would be 4pm or later before they could get to me not " it'll be about 3hrs " needless to say I won't be using their services anymore.

Message: Great group of people. My truck broke down around Gallup, and they were pretty much the only ones with the right equipment willing to tow me back to Albuquerque. Then they were able to load my truck up onto my trailer in no time. Like I said great group of people. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Message: I've used them twice now to load non drivable trucks on my RGN.. both times they sent Jason out.. this young man is professional friendly and darn good atvwhatvhe does so well.. he is one of the very few heavy tow operators that is able to load the RGN with only one shot perfectly centered..

Message: I recently used Intercity Towing to tow my 35 ft long travel trailer after it broke the rear axle. Marcus with Intercity was one of the most helpful individuals I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were safe and could get back on the road. We continued our drive to Missouri. Marcus ensured our trailer got to another company that would fix the axles. He then picked it back up for us while we were in Missouri. Even after all that, the company that did the axles did not fix the broken lights and the damaged wiring. Marcus with Intercity towing figured out the wiring schematics and fixed the wiring on the trailer so I could safely get my trailer back to California. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. If it weren't for Marcus and Intercity Towing, I would still be stuck in New Mexico. I can never thank Marcus and Intercity towing enough for everything they did to help me! I highly recommend InterCity Towing to anyone, and you can trust they will help you above your wildest expectations.

Message: Only ones in town who could handle my unique dually situation when my lift pump went out. They got er done and wasn’t pushy about anything. Towed my truck to the shop and got my trailer back to their location and stored a couple days. Friendly staff and very helpful and experienced. Thanks!
