Message: The Action RV team was spectacular to work with to get my trailer up and running after sitting for a few years! They were honest, communicative, and did everything to make it run correctly and I know it’s safe to drive now!

Message: Worked with Debbie in parts/services. What a delight. She was very helpful with educating me on a fix for my RV Norcold refrigerator L1 oP error code and sensor reset. She even went as far as to offer me her gun holster to use the needed magnets for the fix. It’s great to see people helping people regardless of sales or other business motivations.

Message: We got locked out of our camper due to a malfunctioning lock, staff was amazing and squeezed me in same day! Trip was not delayed! Staff is amazing, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Action RV!

They even let us camp in their driveway several nights, including providing shore power, while waiting for the motor that needed replacing to come in. Message: As I was preparing to hit the road for a 5-month road journey out west, up the west coast and arriving in W. Mass in time for my 45th high school reunion, I KNEW I had to have Brooklyn (the campervan) gone through to make sure she was ready for such a long solo journey with me.. Nothing terrible was wrong but I was having an issue with the black water value not opening/closing easily.. Since I was able to decide where I would spend my money, I’ve always chosen small independent companies with heart and character. Action RV definitely has THAT in spades.. It was a bit of a drive from Albuquerque, so I waited as they worked and had a lively conversation with Deb. Whether talking on the phone with her or in person, I felt like we were in good hands.. The mechanics found a rag stuck in my black water value and Deb showed me photos. It’s working like a dream now.. When I got in Brooklyn the head back to ABQ I had this thank-you note wishing me happy trails on my dashboard. It’s the little things make a big difference.. LOVE the little guys & gals..
